Ministries & Departments

S.E.E.D.^© Faith Ministries International, Apostle B. Alexander and Lady Mona Lisa Ingram strive to assist each individual Elohim assigns them in identifying their potential, and we realize that there are various levels of leadership and that each individual has to determine their own leadership potential.

We can only identify the potential that exists, but it is up to the individual to tap that potential and continue its development. They encourage each individual to continue to press toward what he or she believes they have been called to do and fulfill their purpose and destiny. Apostle Ingram believes that in each of us lies the ability and capability to solve a problem, therefore we must educate, empower and elevate one another until the day of our Lord’s return.

We assist each believer in the ministry and our covenant ministries through various educational and ministerial programs. The ministry will add programs and ministries as the Lord directs for the perfecting of the saints and for the work of the ministry. Some of these programs are:

• Breaking Bread - Shepherd Care & Home Fellowships Breaking Bread is a ministry of home and community fellowship that is patterned after the Apostles Doctrine in Acts 2:42,46 of sharing the word and fellowship from house to house. The Shepherd Care Ministry through Home Care & Fellowship Groups is an outreach ministry geared to developing leaders who have a desire to reach out to their communities with the word and love of Elohim. This six to eight week class will provide the necessary instruction for developing, maintaining and growing an effective home care ministry. Please see an Elder or the Overseer if you are interested in hosting a Home Fellowship in your community.

• Married Fellowship - Family and Marriage is important to Elohim and it is important to us here at S.E.E.D.^© Faith Ministries International. We have made it our commitment to build healthy and strong families through developing healthy and strong relationships between the husband, wife and children. These open discussion workshops help families deal with the everyday issues we are confronted with in marriage and family. It also teaches us how to nurture each other and our children according to the word of Elohim. Our belief is that strong healthy families build strong healthy ministries, which provide strong healthy services to our communities.

• Men of Valor (MOVe) - Men of Valor is a ministry to men according to Judges 6:12 and Joshua 1:5, recognizing that men are mighty and valiant and can do all things through Christ.

• PIF (Power In Fellowship) - Power in Fellowship is a local and national ministry that will provide the basis for retreats and ministerial outreaches both within and without the local body. The purpose of these retreats will be to foster fellowship among the body of Christ at large and provide a platform for sound teaching and development according to Hebrews 10:25; Ecclesiastes 4:9-12; Colossians 3-12-17 and 1 John 1:1-7.

• Prison Outreach Ministry (POP-n-FOP) - People Outreaching Prisoners and Families of Prisoners are outreach ministries to those incarcerated and the family members left behind by those imprisoned. Through this outreach we provide spiritual, emotional and moral support through visitation, letter writing, cards and care packages to inmates and listening ears, friendship, love and support to the spouses and children left behind. (Mat.25:35-45;Acts 12:5)

• SIA (Seniors In Action) - Seniors in Action in a ministry to the seniors where programs are developed to keep our elders active in the work of the Lord. According the Psalms 118:17. Elders in this ministry shall provide the basis for teaching and nourishing those younger according to I Peter 5:1-5.

• Single & Saved Fellowship - If there was ever a time for this ministry it is today. We have a population of people in the body who are not married or were once married and are not looking to be married anytime soon but are looking for fellowship without the pressures of dating, sex and promiscuity. They have the singleness of mind and heart to serve the Lord with gladness and want to share that joy with others like them. If you are content in this state of mind, come be apart of this fellowship. (I Cor. 7:8; I Cor. 7:32,34)

• Women of Wisdom (WOW) - Women of Virtue is a ministry to women according to Proverbs 31, striving to teach and empower women to mold themselves after the pattern of Elohim’s woman which is wonderfully and beautifully made.

• Young Adult Fellowship - This ministry is geared toward the development of our young adult’s ages 20 and up that require more mature teaching in the areas of relationships, courtship, and fellowship with believers of the opposite sex. It also gives them an opportunity to fellowship with believers from other ministries of like precious faith. It also allows them to asks the tough questions concerning growing into maturity, marriage, ministry and money.

• Daniel’s House - Daniel’s House is a ministry to teenage boys focusing on developing them in the gifts of Elohim for service according to Daniel 1:4, 17-20, reaching them before the world has an opportunity to corrupt them with the king’s meat.

• Diakonos Services - Every believer is called to be a minister or to minister (Diakonos), but not everyone has the right spirit to serve. We are commanded in Scripture to be ministering one to another, to serve each other, to do the work of the ministry (deaconing). People called to the servant’s ministry have a heart for service and serving others. I Timothy 3:13 spells out a reward for those who agree to take on this formidable task. "Higher standing" refers to being put on a step or elevated platform. They are held in high regard, worthy of respect and honor. Why? Not because they are better than anyone else, but because they do the "menial" and "mundane" tasks others are not willing to. Therefore, Elohim sees to it that they are rewarded for their labor of love. (I Cor. 15:58; Heb 6:10).

• Gideon 300 - Gideon 300 is a part of the Men of Valor ministry focusing on developing 300 men to take the city for Yahshua in the areas of Economic & Financial Empowerment, Business & Community Development and Ministry & Vision Partnership according to Judges 7:5-8, 16-20.

• Intercessors - With the Holy Spirit as the great Intercessor the ministry will designate and empower those given to the ministry of intercession. These persons shall be appointed according to Isaiah 59:16 and shall conduct the intercessory prayer with the Holy Spirit leading as in Isaiah 53:12; Romans 8:26; Hebrews 7:25 & I Timothy 2:1-8. Discipleship The ministry of discipleship is for all believers but especially for those returning back to Elohim and new converts. Here all believers are taught the ministry of picking up the cross and following Yahshua continually and assisting other in their journey of discipline. Luke 9:23-27; Luke 14:25-34; John 15:1-17; 21:15-19.

• Kings Daughters - The Kings Daughters ministry is where young women are taught to remain chaste until marriage and find their completeness in Yahshua, according to Psalms 45:9-17.

Education & Development Ministries

• Called & Separated to Serve - Called & Separated to serve is our minister’s class where we focus on leadership principles and fulfillment of our call to serve one another. The way to effectively lead is to first become a servant – Mathew 10:24,25a; Luke 6:40; Mathew 18; and 1 Timothy 3.

• Children's Education & Development Ministry - Most often our schools neglect the education and development of our children. That is why here at S.E.E.D.^© Faith Ministries International we put a major emphasis on developing our children according to Elohims plan. We provide an environment in which our children can learn, interact, grow and apply what they have learned. Our Christian Education Department provides teaching and training for age’s infant through 18.

• Leadership Training & Development - One of the unfortunate things about the condition of many ministry and church leaders is of no fault of their own. Most often people are placed in positions of leadership because they are available and the pastor needs to get the work done. Most often after much time has passed that leader has received little or no training for the position they may currently occupy. Conditions beyond their control have attributed to high staff turnover, ineffectiveness and unfulfilled vision. Come learn the biblical traits of true godly leadership and how to prepare yourself for promotion in Elohim.

• Youth Education Ministry - The vision of the Youth Ministry is to spiritually develop and equip young people through the ministry of the Word of Elohim to fulfill the plan and purpose of Elohim for their lives. The ministry uses programs and social functions to develop character, promote and foster environments for interaction with youth of precious like faith, and cultivate spiritual callings and gifts for effective outreach.

• Media Arts & Communications - Have a love for public relations, seeing the written word displayed and/or love to write, draw; than this is the area of ministry for you. We realize that not everyone is vocal or chooses to out front. Some people are given to areas of services that are behind the scenes. Some people are better at writing the vision for other to run with. (Ps 45:1; Is 30:8; Hab. 2:1-2) Areas of interests: Electronic & Print Media, Bookstore & Administration. We have a library to build, books to publish, songs to script and music to release. Would you use your talents to help?

• Music, Worship & Arts Ministry - Come be apart of the worship expression, whether you dance, sing, play an instrument, run the sound equipment, work the overhead and the lights or can just help out. This ministry needs those who have given their gifts to the Lord for service. If there was ever a time for this ministry it is today. (Ps 66:1; Ps 92:1; Ps 150) Areas of interest: Communications, Audio/Video, Worship & Arts, Praise & Worship, Drama/Dance, Music & Instruments.

• Power Hour - The prayer ministry shall be the foundation of the ministry and all that it does. According to Mathew 26:40-41; Acts 3:1 & Psalms 55:19, prayer shall be (See prayer scheduled for dates and times)

• Power & Praise - Power & Praise is our evening miracle, healing and deliverance service. We focus on the ministry of the Holy Spirit and demonstration of spiritual gifts. Psalm 150 & I Corinthians 14:26-32.

• Worship & Word - Worship & Word is our morning worship and teaching service. We focus on developing believers to walk in the Wisdom of the Word. Proverbs 3.
